This is the easiest and yummiest recipe for Pumpkin Cookies you'll ever find! The original recipe calls for spice cake but I made it with chocolate cake and that was even Yummier! MMMMMmmmmm Chocolate!Here's what you'll need: 1 box cake mix (any flavor), 1 small can pumpkin pie filling, chocolate chips and walnuts (optional).
Here's what you do:
Combine the cake mix and pumpkin. Then add any chocolate chips and/or nuts to taste. I added a half bag of chocolate chips and a handful of walnuts.
* Sorry I forgot to add before: cook at 350 for 12-15 minutes.

I made these yesterday but I used the spice cake mix. They are good but MAN OH MAN I wish I would have thought to use a chocolate cake mix!! I am doing that FOR SURE next time!!
