Here's what you need:wax paper, large marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, fudge stripe cookies and yellow icing (I bought gel first and it didn't look as cute as the icing).
Here's what you do:Lay out 24 cookies (stripes down) on waxed paper. Melt chocolate in microwave (I put it in a glass bowl on high in the microwave for 1 minute stir then 10 seconds and stir, 10 seconds and stir and continue until melted). Dip marshmallows with skewers and place one marshmallow on top of each cookie. Let cool/dry and decorate with yellow icing.

OH... This is such a cute idea for a snack bento !!! Thanks for sharing ! I am so going to make one of these to stash up for my kids bento meals. Do you think they can keep in the freezer?
